Rub your pork shoulder with paprika, sugar, garlic, chilli, pepper, salt and thyme. Add a can of beer to the pork and cover with tinfoil leaving plenty of room for steam to circulate.
Then slowly roast at 150?C for 4-5 hours until it easily pulls apart.
