Sausages with Black Truffle Mustard and Honey
Preparation: 10 minutes / Cooking: 25 minutesIngredients
- 12 Uncooked Cocktail Sausages
- 1tbs Olive oil
- 2tbs TruffleHunter White Truffle Honey
- 2tsp TruffleHunterBlack Truffle Mustard
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl, mix together the sausages and olive oil and roast for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix the TruffleHunter White Truffle Honey and Black Truffle Mustard together and pour over the sausages, returning to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
