Shipping Charges

TruffleHunter Pty Ltd ships domestically (Australia) using Australia Post and other freight carriers and couriers. We offer complimentary (free) shipping for domestic orders totalling $100 or more. Domestic orders totalling less than $100 will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 for Standard Australia Post shipping or $20.00 for Express Shipping. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order being received online. Please rest assured we are doing our very best to pack and despatch your order as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has left TruffleHunter and is on its way. Shipping Delays

In light of recent developments relating to COVID-19, please note all of our carriers (which include Australia Post, StarTrack and Fastway) are currently experiencing processing and delivery delays, up to double their normal delivery times, meaning your order will take longer than usual to reach you. Please be advised that our carriers have implemented specific delivery guidelines to minimise contact, and as such you might be given the option for the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place. Should the driver not consider the location a safe drop, your parcel will be taken to the designated pickup point or post office, and you will be informed accordingly. As the situation continues to evolve, please be mindful that each carrier might change its delivery policy without notice. We will do our very best to keep you posted. Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery times on the Australian mainland can vary depending on your location. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • 2-5 Business Days | Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide
  • 3-7 Business Days | Perth, Tasmania, NT, Regional & Country Areas
  • Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.

    Returns Policy

    If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at customerserice@trufflehunter.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements, or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, TruffleHunter Pty Ltd will replace the product at no additional cost.
