What is a Professional Italian Truffle Shaver?
TruffleHunter's professional Italian truffle shaver has been expertly crafted in Italy using the highest quality materials. The beautifully carved rosewood handle ensures the user has a comfortable grip whilst shaving. The razor-sharp adjustable blade is made from stainless steel and allows the user to select the exact thickness of each shaving.
How should I use it?
Rest the base of the shaver on a flat surface and hold the handle securely. To shave a truffle, carefully slide the truffle down the paddle and over the blade. The shaver can also be used to thinly shave garlic, shallots, hard cheese, mushrooms & even chocolate.

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at customerservice@trufflehunter.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements, or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, TruffleHunter Pty Ltd will replace the product at no additional cost.
