Rub your paprika, salt, sugar and herbs into your ribs and leave to marinade for 6-12 hours. Then roast low and slow in a BBQ oven at around 150?C for 3-4 hours. Add bourbon barrel offcuts or cherry wood chips for smoky ribs and finish by basting with Black Truffle BBQ sauce.
Baste regularly for the last 30 mins of cooking with our Black Truffle BBQ sauce until the ribs are sticky and caramelised. Serve with onion rings, slaw and gherkins.
